Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on computer systems.
Defective items can be exchanged subject to the warranty policy (see below).
Limited Warranty
All new computer systems are warranted to the original purchaser by gotolb.com for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. For one year thereafter a defective product or part will be replaced with a new, renewed or comparable product at no charge ( Transport only = 7.00$ ). A replacement product is covered only for the original warranty period. This warranty does not cover product repair and/or part replacement because of misuse, accident, alteration, neglect, unauthorized repair, improper installation, freight damage, or other cause not within the control of gotolb.com, such as lightning or fluctuation in electrical power. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages resulting from the product. To request a warranty service, call 03-678986 to report a defect and obtain an A number. No claims will be accepted without A number. Proof of purchase is required. Please have your invoice or receipt ready when you call. Product must be either carried in or delivered freight prepaid. Manufacturers' warranties on specific parts may apply as well.
